Welcome back to Reading with Ben! Let's continue the lecture on the book of Deuteronomy.

This is episode #08 chapters 15 & 16.

Deuteronomy Chapter 15, The Israelites are told by Moses that they must cancel debts to other Israelites after seven years. He gave them specific instructions on how to do this with their fellow Israelites. He told them that they were allowed to require payments from foreigners after seven years.

Deuteronomy Chapter 16, starts off with the Passover. The Israelites were commanded to observe the month of Aviv. This was the time where they should celebrate the Passover and praise the Lord because He brought them out of Egypt.
