In this episode I get really raw, honest and vulnerable with how I grew up, my background and what transformed me into the person I am today.
This was a challenging one to share because of how deep I got into the dark parts of my past.
My intention behind this episode is to inspire you and to make you think, "well if she can do it, so can I"
