I have recently been through a personal journey that has completely shaken me up and that is the theme of this podcast episode!
I have had my beliefs completely shattered

And every single attachment I once held onto so tightly that formed my identity I can no longer hold onto for safety
I am in a process of reinventing myself and on a completely new journey of self-discovery.
I am in the depths of self-reflection, integration and regeneration.
