Surrender. A positive word, or a negative one?
Last Sunday we read the first two chapters of Habakkuk, a conversation that happened between Habakkuk and God. This Sunday we're looking at the last chapter from this minor prophet, Habakkuk's prayer. Here Habakkuk models spiritual maturity to us. He also has quite a paradox in his prayer, both exhorting God to act now, but also speaking
of how to walk with God when he doesn’t act and our world collapses. We too need to surrender ourselves to God.
