So often we think about things that have happened in the past - what you should have said, should have done, shouldn't have done. Or we focus on what's happening now, like the laundry that needs doing, the dinner that needs cooking. We don't often focus on the future, like doing something now that will benefit you in the long run. Today I want you to have a think about your future focus and take a look into the future and work out what you want, what you need, and what you need to do now in order to reach those things.
