I loved sitting down with Bonnie and talking about her life's journey as an artist, I enjoyed hearing how she got into teaching and working with gourds. She creates amazingly detailed pieces and is always experimenting with different techniques and materials and then sharing those techniques with her students
I found myself loving hearing how she empowers her students to be self sufficient and nurtures them to grow with their art.
