Jason talks about growing up playing sports and how he ultimately settled on track. He shares what he learned through sport, his advice for current athletes, and what he's doing today.
Jason's advice for his younger self (and all college athletes):
"Connect with as many different people as you can, who you have rapport with and who you admire what they're doing. Have an emphasis on non-athletes. Go to those extra club meetings, interact with people outside of your circles. Put effort and time into expanding your circles."
