Steven tells us about growing up playing sports and how he ultimately landed on martial arts. He later transitioned into Karate and tells us about his passion for the sport.
Steven's advice to current athletes:
"If you really think you can do something, if there's an itch you want to scratch, scratch it. Don't put it off, but be aware of what you're signing up for. Every 'overnight success' took 10 years. So if there is something you want to do for 10 years, go for it."
