How did sports shape you growing up?
"Sports was really a lifestyle for me. I remember at a very early age, always having a ball or a bat or a glove in my hands. I played every sport and never really had a lot of downtime. That really shaped me from a very early age: being a part of a team, and playing different sports that require different skillsets."
What advice would you give to current student athletes?
"Define what you're trying to accomplish and evaluate your options carefully."
