How did playing sports shape your life?
"I think sports is a great teaching bed for a lot of really important life lessons. It teaches you how to deal with winning, losing, adversity. And it teaches you how to work with people, be a teammate. And it really teaches you commitment. Whether you're playing sports or a musical instrument or anything, it takes real commitment to be good. And it's like that with anything in life. If you want to be good, it takes commitment and a lot of dedication."
Jeff's advice for current athletes:
"When you have access {to other athletes}, you've got to take advantage of it. You have to build that network. Because once you walk away, leave sport, access becomes a little harder. And people really want to help and support while you're an athlete."
