Ivory was a football player at the University of Delaware, went on to play 9 years in the NFL, and today he runs his company, Sully Executive Services.
Ivory talks about starting sports late in life and developing a love for football.
On the importance of Alumni networking and giving back to their school:
"I figured out that knowing people is very important. And giving back and reaching back is very important...I realized that it was invaluable to reach back, or reach over and pick up the phone and talk to people. To reach back and connect with people is one of the most important things you can do."
