Welcome back y'all! I hope your week has started out amazing! I am on the countdown to spring break! It is already showing spring time weather here in Houston, so I thought it would be a great week to think about my health and wellness and my physical activity goals for the year so far, and I decided to add yoga to my current routine. Of course, whenever I do something, I always think about what I can learn from the experience, so this week, I am sharing my thoughts with you!
