Description

I share my weekly plan as far as activity goes, most of which includes my 25lb. and 40lb. kettlebells. Targeting arms, legs, and back with workouts and purposeful rest periods in between. I also share some footage of my weekend house sitting / dog sitting for my parents; note to all listeners that there is 1min. of footage included in this ep. Then I share three stories about where I went wrong, and ways I could have avoided creating drama in my own life. Hopefully some people can relate to these lessons learned. It's therapeutic to be able to share them, so thank you for listening.
