Alex & I have been friends for a while now, and damnnnn the amount of growth both ourselves & our relationship has seen! Alex is one of those friends that you can go without talking to for weeks/months, and then get back on the phone like nothing has changed!!

I asked Alex to come on Fill Your Cup this month to share her Breast Cancer Survival story/journey , she was one of the beautiful womxn that was gifted a Bridget Rose October box in honor & celebration of her courage & strength of her journey. A treat to nourish herself as she reflects on what a bad a$$ she really is. I also sent the products inside of our box with the intention to hold space for any healing that may come up as she so courageously steps forward to share her journey💕
