There are a great many wonders in this world and Vortices (or Vortex) are absolutely one of them! There are only four or five other places in the United States where you’ll find a Vortex and one of them happens to be right here where I live in the Mountains of Western North Carolina.
So, today I have the pleasure and the honor to introduce you to Jenny Soulfire. In her “past life” she was a teacher of science and is incredibly curious by nature, so when her true calling came to her in a series of “ah ha” moments, she moved here to Asheville to became a Vortex Hiking guide. On her guides you may find the answers you seek, you may - at the very least find a sense of peace, but you will absolutely have an amazing conversation and leave with a better understanding of the world around us and the part you play.
We decided to do our interview outside after my Vortex experience and sat among graffiti and a giant silo with the words Stay Weird scrawled across it. Jenny has a very interesting story to share and I’m so honored to be the one to bring it to you – enjoy! Podcasts go live every Monday at 7am!
