Hey Podsters, if you want to level up your life it’s time to level up your network.
Take a strategic look at who you are spending the most time with and who you surround yourself with. Is your posse of friends, family, or colleagues supporting the life you want to live? Are they actively helping you to get where you want to be? Are their values aligned with yours?
Or, are they contributing to the glass ceiling you keep bumping into as you try to step into your highest self?
It is time to level up.
Pay attention to your energy and how you feel around your network. Is it an equal exchange? We all have that friend who constantly complains or sucks the life out of the room (harsh, yes - and also true). Is this relationship too taxing on you? The energy opportunity cost here is legit - so let’s make sure you’re curating the right network for who you want to become.
Each new chapter of your life will demand a different you.
Think about who is already where you want to be and how you might join their circle. In fact, Podsters we recommend making a list. Who has what you want? They’re the best ones to show you the way - AFTER you’ve added them to your circle and created an equal energy exchange.
When you’re intentional about who gets your time and energy, it won't be long until one day you’re surrounded by those very people you had on your list.
