How do we maintain our health and fitness during quarantine?

We need minimum of 25 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a week.
In these time of quarantine we should make it a point to get to know ourselves and the lengths that we will go to
to maintain our mental, emotional and physical health.
Its not what you look like its how you feel. get yourself to the mental stage where you want to train.
We must take the steps to want to.
All we need is the Will to do it.
