There may be many reasons why we get angry, sometimes it is hard to keep control of the anger Why?

Lack of patience, other peoples actions the list is quite a long one.

How can we be in control of our member and find ways to take stock of getting angry? 

Ask yourself 3 questions to aid 

1. By me getting angry is it going to change anything?

2. By me getting angry what is going to be the outcome?

3. Is there a way that I can be in control of my anger?

 Be in control of your vessel, think before you act.

Being angry can cause Dis Ease in your body that is one reason to be calm, stop and think.
