“The Four 6’s” Shooting:

A story not generally known by our generation, that occurred on the 6666 Ranch in the 80’s. The 6666 Ranch is located in the panhandle of Texas (our local area) near Fritch and Borger. The “four 6’s” is now currently (in part) a filming location for the Paramount Yellowstone series as well as the spin off 1893. The 6666 Ranch is now own by Yellowstone series creator Taylor Sheridan, as of March 2022 and is still a working ranch known for its superior Angus beef and legendary quarter horse stallions. If you love a good old Texas story, this is an exciting, yet brief one, tragic, yet justice was upheld for a hard working family in the end.
