This Week there is a Stage One Fire Ban in effect as well as a town health code that makes masks mandatory in downtown Crested Butte. In national news the top 10 cities are seeing a slight decrease in rental rates as more rural areas are seeing a slight increase due to the movement to more rural areas. 30-year fixed and 15-year fixed interest rates are at an all-time low.
