Description

This episode is a sermon from our series in James. the special part of the night was over the last few weeks I gathered prayers from staff and volunteers from our church. And then challenged our young adults to write their own. Afterwards we spent a period of time in group prayer and covered all the request in prayer and praise! I challenge you to do the same! 

Points:

1. Regardless of how we feel, pray!

                          Pray in the suffering and sorrow, praise in the rejoicing and successes!

1. Community and humility are foundations to genuine prayer! 

                         Place yourself in Christian community!

1. When you pray stop treating it like a request hotline or compliant box! 

                     Genuine talk to God our father, Jesus established the connection, use it!
