Our flight or flight response is taking a battering in the modern world and its chronic over-use is causing us to become sick and unwell. Claire and I discuss EFT as a technique to help you elicit a more appropriate emotional response to a given situation in day to day life.
We also talk about why we walk around in an elevated level of stress, with low confidence and find ourselves unhappy. We touch on limiting beliefs and the subconscious mind before diving into what EFT is and go into a little practice.
About Claire
Claire Turner is an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Coach who first discovered and used EFT to help control her rising stress levels when working in a very high pressured role. She then went on to use it to start and grow her own business.
Her speciality is helping women in business overcome the subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs that are keeping them stuck and causing procrastination so that they can achieve more confidence, more success and more happiness.
