We discuss her battles with ED, Depression and Body Dysmorphia as well as talk about her new book 'In Body, I Trust' and how it is her most powerful work yet.

 Lauren Dow is an author and the founder of New Luna Press, an independent publishing house that provides tools and resources for aspiring writers to become published authors (newlunapress.com). In 2018 after being diagnosed with an eating disorder, she worked her way through recovery and has since dedicated her work to reinforcing self-love and providing support for individuals and families affected by mental health.
