Mike Markham AKA Rhythmical Mike is a spoken word artist from Derbyshire, using his own experiences with mental health and depression to help inspire others. As well as poetry performances, Mike regularly runs poetry workshops and recitals for schools, youth centres, charities and more around the country.
He also is the founder of the Creative Hub Space - The Old Farm Bus, as well as running 2 successful podcasts.
