In this episode I take a deep dive into the fears that hold us back, share how fear has affected my life and reveal the five practical steps that I have learned to overcome fear to enable you to achieve your goals faster and with less resistance.
As I was putting this episode together I was reflecting upon my first ever feeling of fear and I actually struggled to remember any major fears from my childhood – this is because we tend to be more carefree as children and fear is simply about survival. As we grow up though we begin to experience emotional fear such as fear of rejection (remember asking for your first date…?), fear of failure, fear of the unknown and so on. These fears can manifest in all kinds of ways –whether its worry, anxiety, indecision, procrastination, perfectionism, stress and all of these factors can hold us back from achieving our most important desires and dreams.
