Scott has a lifetime of experience and encouragement to share as he was diagnosed with Addison's disease at the age of 4. He admits his life has been typical as with any illness of good days and bad days but he has learned valuable life skills to MANEUVER and navigate his way to a fulfilled life.

He started life as what was described as a psychotic, grumpy child but once diagnosed he competed in swimming and water polo and grew into a young adult experiencing the typical stressors of life. He became a self-proclaimed overachiever but learned through life experience how to manage his illness and live a full life.

If you have children with Addison's disease Scott is a role model that LIFE is possible with Addison's disease. Constant management, building a toolbox of well-being management skills and your life will propel you to the best quality of life. And life is BEAUTIFUL!
