God expresses frustration over the fact that the majority of people reject or condemn Him. We often do too. Sometimes we take it personally. But when God teaches us about how some reject Him, God doesn't intend to guilt trip us into working harder. Instead, God wants to call us to repent over our doubt and comfort us with the assurance that all the elect are saved not because of our great work, but Christ's.
