When we say, “It’s God’s will,” are we saying that God is in fact intending evil? Or when we say “It wasn’t God’s will,” are we saying that God is actually helpless to do something, or maybe that He just doesn’t care?
The ironic thing is that when something happens that we love and that makes us happy, we are more than willing to say “this is God’s will.” When perhaps it’s not God’s will at all.
