Around this date in 70 A.D., the Temple in Jerusalem was destroyed and 100,000 Jews were slaughtered. It was the inauguration of the End of the World. The question in 70 A.D., as it still is for us today is taken up by St. Paul in 1 Cor. 12. How do we live as the Church amidst trials and tribulation? The answer is that through Christ, we are made into a greater temple.
