I believe in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
With these words, we confess the humiliation of Christ, something at the forefront of Palm/Passion Sunday. As Christ suffers in His Passion, he suffers as both God and Man in His state of humiliation.
