After finishing bodybuilding about 14 months ago and the health journey I’ve gone through, it was time to sit down and refocus what I wanted for myself and my training. I talk about why I’ve decided to go back to the functional, athletic training I was used to as a collegiate basketball player and how I chose the coach I’m working with.
