Sometimes our greatest accuser is our own conscience. When we fail to live to the standard God has set we believe the lie that "since I failed, I must not be saved." 1 John 3:19-20 offers a message of assurance to the condemning heart that is focused solely on the foundation of our assurance; God and His knowledge.
