Why Sports Law
Sports Law as a subject is still growing and evolving every decade. The more we explore this subject, the more layers we discover. One of the major components of such a niche area of law is its inclusivity. As per Simon Gardiner, "Sports Law is an amalgamation of different laws." Further, Andrew Brandt stated that Sports Law is different from other areas of law. It consists of social activism, a universal topic, and affects people.
