As leaders, I believe that we need to find deeper meaning and context in the things we examine. Of course, that means that we must also actually examine and think about things. In this podcast, I'll show you what I mean by sharing a simple meme I saw and giving you some of the various ideas it spurred. Too much thought? Perhaps. However, I wouldn't have it any other way because the result was significant!
