We need to be vision-oriented, but that is only half the battle. Our people need to be vision-oriented as well. That is critically important. Once everyone is on the same page regarding "what we are doing this for," we can develop and train up. It's very similar to that of any professional sports team. You need to understand the game and train up before you even think of winning the big game.
Vision gives you the goal. Development gives you the strategic advantage. Let's talk about it!
