Anxiety, depression and trauma are things that I've lived with for a really long time. In this episode I talk about things that I do when my anxiety starts to crank up higher. I'm not giving any professional or medical advice, as I'm not a therapist, I am instead speaking as a person who has lived through these things, hoping it helps validate and normalize someone else's experience. I am speaking openly about living with mental health struggles to help normalize and de-stigmatize it.
