This is interesting. Let me start by saying we’ve been fans of The Chosen ever since watching the POWERFUL scene where Jesus redeems Mary in episode one. Now fast forward to episode 5 of season two. The Chosen has taken some criticism for a decision they made regarding Mary’s character and storyline. Dallas Jenkins, the director of the show, addressed the criticism head-on in a recent Youtube video. We have some positive takeaways and some concerns.
