This week, multi-award-winning Mixologist Bob Peters joins us to talk about the craft and business of bartending! Bob is the Beverage Director at Built on Hospitality where he oversees Goodyear House in NoDa and Haymaker in Uptown Charlotte and Old Town Kitchen and Cocktails in Rock Hill.
Bob has been named Global Bartender of the Year for The Ritz-Carlton Corporation, traveled to the James Beard House in NYC, been a featured mixologist at the Cayman Cookout food festival, and was just given Charlotte Magazine's BOB Award for Best Bartender.
He also has new ventures opening this year with Folia in South End and Chiefs in NoDa.
