This meditation is to help pull in the emotion of appreciation. Appreciation is one of the top emotions on the emotional vibrational scale. When we practice pulling in this emotion it benefits many things.
š It makes what we have enough.
š gives you some peace for the day.
š Helps to create a vision for tomorrow.
š Sets the tone for the day.
š Wires and fires new neural connections to the bliss center.
š Enhances, dopamine, and serotonin to the neurotransmitters that are responsible for happiness.
š Improves health.
