She started her practice in 2002 and immediately knew that it was going to be life changing. Be 2004, she left her career as a Home Healthcare Executive and started teaching Yoga classes. She is previous owner of Yoga From The Heart TX, but now is retired and moved into a beautiful home on the lake. Currently, her teaching is limited to small groups of students online.
