Tom refers to himself as "Career Mutt" instead of the more genteel "generalist." He's been in his current role for 5 years, served at one time as the entire complaint department for a 2,000 ton a day paper manufacturer, as a supervisor in a printing plant. He's done more than that... but hey, this is just the intro, right? In this episode, we talk about how Tom and I met, what COVID did for social outreach, and how finding our strengths resulted in maximizing the time that we have on Earth.
