WOW! These are two people I could hang out with all day with fantastic conversation. Mike Kellar & Jenny Matthews of The Morning Drive on Q104 in Kansas City join The PAPA RON Podcast this week. This episode covers a lot! Although this episode is much more light-hearted, compared to the first 3 episodes, we eventually dive into the emotional rollercoaster of depression/anxiety and infertility. However, this episode has many, many laughs as we revisit our old radio days with "Ronnie Radio Rewind". We also discuss the "face-lift" of Q104 in the last couple years, the evolution of country music and the radio industry. And one of my favorite take aways from this episode, is their commitment to authenticity. It's so easy to hear in everything they say. Genuine humans who love what they do and have a passion for people and community.
