Part 1

Another year passes by and another year where people complain about FA Cup replays. For 2020, please welcome Nuno Espirito Santo to step up to the stand. After his Wolves side drew 0-0 with Manchester United, he said:

"If you ask me what is my preference, I would say straight to penalties.” He added that “the game would become more emotional, for sure. The FA Cup would be more emotional if it goes straight to penalties, as both teams would go for it."

Andrew, you’ve been granted one wish for the FA Cup. What do you do?

At the beginning of 2019, Andrew and I put forward our predictions for the year. Now that 2019 has ended, it is time to reflect on whether we were right, wrong, or somewhere in the middle. But, also, we now must look forward to 2020. Here are our predictions for football for the next 12 months.
