The league season has finally drawn to a close. Just how good were our initial predictions all the way back in August 2019? Let's find out!
Part 1
On Wednesday night, a chaotic final day of the Championship saw massive consequences at both ends of the table. Brentford defied the odds by failing to clinch their chance at promotion, meaning West Brom are a Premier League side once again. The Bees lost 2-1 to bottom-placed Barnsley, whose 91st minute winner saw them avoid relegation, thanks to Wigan’s 12 point deduction. Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest lost with a five goal swing, which saw their playoff hopes dashed in the cruelest way imaginable. The final day of the Championship, there really isn’t anything like it.

Is it possible for Jose Mourinho to live long enough to become the villain if that’s how he started anyway? Either way, he joined his coaching staff in celebrating sixth place following a 1-1 draw away to Crystal Palace.
Part 3
357 days ago, Andrew and I sat down and discussed our predictions for the 2019/20 season. Part 4
To close out the show, and the season, let's look back on the last 11 months via the Guardian's big 2019/20 Premier League Quiz. How well can Andrew remember the last 38 football weekends?
