We’ve reached the third international break of the season and are yet to see a Premier League manager leave their position. Are teams finally giving managers the time to turn things around? Or are the other options just not particularly inspiring? Slavisa Jokanovic of Fulham is under pressure after a 2-0 defeat at Anfield leaves his side bottom of the table. Was he hard done by the referee on Sunday? Or should he be the first manager to leave his post this season? Elsewhere, a huge victory for Borussia Dortmund over Bayern Munich sees their Bavarian rivals fall even further back in the title race. Can Dortmund hold on, or is this form only temporary? Similarly, in La Liga, Barcelona suffered a set back at home to Real Betis. Losing 4-3 at home leaves the Catalan side only 1 point ahead of their closest rivals, and only 4 points ahead of Real Madrid who sit in sixth. Who will win this exciting title race? Manchester City won against their local rivals Manchester United at the weekend to go back to the top of the table. But in light of recent documentations that have leaked showing Manchester City blatantly breaking the rules of the game, just how easy is it to separate what goes on off the pitch and what goes on it?
