On Sunday evening Everton and Tottenham played out what should now be considered one of the worst games the Premier League has ever seen. Both teams were awful, both managers are enduring awful spells, the football was awful, the refereeing was awful, the VAR interruption was awful, and most crucially, the injury to Andre Gomes was just awful.
