Denmark 1 - 0 Peru: Peru shattered expectations today, outplaying the clever Danes. Unfortunatley for them, they missed a VAR awarded penalty and couldn’t finish the dinner worth of chances presented by the lacklustre Scandinavians. Croatia 2 - 0 Nigeria: Nigeria never got out of first gear as the experienced Croatians siezed their chances and their luck in a matchday 1 victory.
