There was a long road to get here, but their last victims, Belgium and England must still suffer the indignity of a third place playoff. Saturday England face Belgium as their B side seek revenge over Belgium’s B side in what must surely be the first instance of two teams throwing on the B team against each other in the same tournament twice. An incredible set of circumstances. But, this is what we’ve all been building up to. We’ve seen 30 teams be eliminated, leaving 2 standing tall. France versus Croatia. Who will be the hero?
