Should I count calories?
Recently, somebody said, "I can eat whatever I want, so long as it's keto, it's fine". But if your goal is fat loss then you need to eat fewer calories. You need to eat less food, or you need to eat the right foods.
If you consider yourself low carb, that's great. I feel like more people have more success when they say low-carb or carb conscious. Taking the buns off the burgers, drinking more water, moving my body, and getting rid of all the junk
So if you're eating low carb, but you're still eating as much bacon as you want, you have three cups of coffee with heavy cream and butter, and you're eating all of the cheese and the fat bombs just because it says keto.
