Hey everybody! Welcome to the Keto Mom page. People have been asking me different questions about Keto, and I think a lot of people feel like there's a "One Size Fits All".

I don't know about you, but have you ever been given a hard time doing keto or low carb?

So today,  I want to talk about the difference between why somebody might do One Meal A Day (OMAD), paleo, or whole 30. I want you to understand that there's no such thing as "ONE SIZE FITS ALL".
